<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">I'm presently using a Planet Bike Blaze headlight and modified 18 LED flashlight for illumination up front and a couple of Planet Bike Blaze tailights out back. Something that I put on my wife's bike that is really cool is the Reelight SL120 induction powered lights with a capacitor... no friction, batteries aren't needed and the lights stay on for aboout 2 minutes while fully stopped. They are just marker lights since the headlight isn't really powerful enough to light the way but hey, they're a great carefree addition/backup alternative. You can also make your own induction powered lights... view online hack sources and YouTube videos... search on "induction bike light". I've also hacked a few classic dynamo powered chrome headlights by adding 24+ LED units in place of the bulb and reflector and using old cell phone batteries to run them. Depending on
how you wire the LEDs you may need to add aIC voltage regulator but it's nothing your average "Joe" can't handle.
